Barbie dress

This dress was made without much rhyme or reason. It was mostly just to prove to myself that I could make something so tiny.  This was made out of a fun piece of scrap fabric.  I folded it in half, drew a dress onto the fabric and then started sewing.  I didn't do the sleeves separately, so there isn't a shoulder seam.  The only edge I sewed was around the neck.  I used velcrow for the back, but next time I will try pins.  Not picture here is the sash I made for the waist, but because of my daughter's preference it ended up being a matching hair tie.
