Birthday Banner and Pinata

 My first birthday banner creation!  I tried to make a generic colored one for boys and girls.  I know pinterest makes it seem like I should have a different colored one to match the theme of every birthday party, but I guess I am a bit more practical.  My husband informed me it was too girly for our son's party, but since it was the night before the big day, he was stuck with it!  It was very fun to make so who knows, maybe this won't be my last!  

This Monster Truck was Dad's creation.  He made it with our kids, which made it every more memorable!  It was the hit of the party!  I've decided that every little boy loves to smack a pinata with a bat.  This was made out of cereal boxes, construction paper, and tissue paper.
